Today is 247 yeas of the first human victim of the one of the most horrible and enigmatic crypzoological creatures - Beast of Gévaudan
The first attack that provided a description of one of the creatures took place on 1 June 1764. A woman from Langogne saw a large, lupine animal emerge from the trees and charge directly toward her, but it was driven away by the farm's bulls.
On 30 June, the first official victim of the beast was Jeanne Boulet, 14, killed near the village of Les Hubacs, not far from Langogne.
The beast also seemed to target people over farm animals; many times it would attack someone while cattle were in the same field.

Medusa, Euryale and Sthenno. Medusa is said to have been cursed for sleeping with Poseidon her sisters cursed for standing beside her at the time. (Totally fair, right?). For the record Stheno is said to have been the most vicious, killing more than her two sisters combined. Euryale was known for her bellowing cries. Medusa was known for getting her head cut off. Not really her fault. The other two are/were immortal, so it had to be Medusa's head.
FYI I started doing this new set of Gorgons before I saw the trailer for the new Clash of the Titans. People have been complaining about the new one "butchering" the story. Come on folks. In the original Perseus spends much of the movie flying around on Pegasus. Y'know the flying horse that arose from Medusa's blood AFTER he cut her head off. Do I really care? No. I'm just saying give the movie a chance.

Hey, it's Tyrant, from the first Resident Evil.
And yeah, I put a peener on him.
I figure if he's gonna have lockjaw, night vision, and a heart on the OUTSIDE of his body, the least they coulda' done was leave him with some junk.
The little "super-deformed" version on the right cracked me up. He's pitiful, but probably could still do some damage.
